This affordable home has a cost of $24,999.99 and promises to fit all people’s lifestyle needs. This modular construction has advantages with built-in air conditioning, which is an attraction for those people who want to live in places with more extreme temperatures. In early 2010, after the economic crisis of 2008, selling and building mini-houses became fashionable in the United States. These were habitable buildings, much more affordable but also smaller. These are houses with small dimensions, 37 square meters on average, which can be mobile, fixed, semi-mobile or with trailer. The average price of these homes is between $30,000 and $60,000, although it will all depend on the size, materials, location and customization that each user chooses. There are people who compare this type of housing with motorhomes. However, they have absolutely nothing to do with it. It is about summarizing your life to 37m2, but enjoying the comforts that a house gives you to use.

Who doesn’t know Amazon nowadays? According to its website “it is an American company of e-commerce and cloud computing services, at all levels”. Based in Washington, it is one of the first e-commerce platforms that has managed to sell goods online. The catalog it offers is practically infinite, from electronics, technology, clothing, home products, furniture, food and drink, nutrition, sports goods and a long etcetera. Also bet on audiovisual platforms and has its own, Prime, where you can see a multitude of series and movies. However, with the latest release, Amazon has decided to go all out.

With the help of the company SEQ, has designed and built a mini house that it has put for sale on its online platform, with a price of $24,999,99. A bedroom, separate bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room larger than usual. These are the features that are arranged in a space of 232.28 x 86.61 x 97.63 inches. The kitchen has hot and cold water faucets, storage functional connections of all kinds for water and electricity. On the other hand, the bathroom has water heater, sink, toilet, private shower, mirror and storage. It looks like a pretty complete house, isn´t it?
SEQ provides a number of advantages to its fabrications, and the design for Amazon was not going to be any less. In this case it has:
